I wanted to
take this opportunity to remind you of the following from the Financial
Services Department:
· Fines and booksale should be sent in two separate envelops
· The reason why you have to send them in
two separate envelops is because the money goes into two separate banks
· Each envelop should be labelled
accordingly
· The fines envelop should contain
money from fines, bags, copies, passport fees and library cards
·
The
booksale envelope should contain money collected from selling books
and other donated materials, flash drives and ear buds.
· If the fines and booksale money cannot
be separated due to lack of change, you can send everything in the same envelop
with an explanation of why you had to do so.
· Two
copies of the report should be printed and sent even
if you are only sending one envelop.
