Food for thought....

"How would your life be different if…You walked away from gossip and verbal defamation? Let today be the day…You speak only the good you know of other people and encourage others to do the same.” ~ Steve Maraboli

  1. Keep your personal and professional lives separate.
  2. Don't take work gossip personally.
  3. Assess the context.
  4. Keep yourself busy; focused on work.
  5. Avoid joining in!

Gossip at work can result in low morale, reduced productivity, and even disciplinary action.

Beautiful post! Energy is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity. Energy balance also has to do with what's going on in your cells. When you're in a positive energy balance (more in than out) and when you're in a negative energy balance (more out than in), everything from your metabolism, to your hormonal balance, to your mood is impacted. It is imperative that we have a balance of scale.
